My name is David and I am the founder of EMPEDATA, I'd love to tell you more about our company and how we got started, but before I do maybe you'd like to tell me a bit about yourself?
Introducing myself
Hi my name is David, I've spent over 15 years driving organisational change across operational, logistical and engineering business functions, in companies both large and small. I have always been fascinated by computers, as a child I learnt to programme writing simple games on an old Commodore, a passion I now inflict on other kids though our Kids Code Club.
In more recent years I have had the opportunity to combine my interests in manufacturing and software, running the application development and support team at a major international aerospace company. Within this role I have been trained, and instrumental in implementing, design thinking, scrum project management and eco-system mapping all of which have been hugely valuable in helping to identify opportunities and implement cultural change across the organisation.
In 2021 I completed an MSc in business data analytics, which has helped to consolidate my knowledge of implementing statistical, machine learning , simulation and decision modelling tools to deliver business value. This unique combination of change management, software development and advanced analytical skills enable me to offer a unique value proposition, which I'm confident can support you on your digital service transformation journey.
